Needham Boddie received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University, M.B.A. from Wake Forest University, and J.D., cum laude, from Wake Forest University. Needham has been practicing patent law since 1994. Prior to his legal career, Needham gained more than ten years’ experience as a design engineer with Duke Power Company. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of North Carolina and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Needham is experienced in patent prosecution in mechanical, electro-mechanical, and computer technologies. Needham is a member of the North Carolina Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
