Scott Hatfield received his Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics, summa cum laude, and his Juris Doctor Degree, from Vanderbilt University. Scott has been practicing patent law since 1993. Prior to becoming a patent lawyer, Scott worked as an electrical engineer for NCR and Delco Electronics in the fields of semiconductors and integrated circuits. A member of the North Carolina Bar and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Scott focuses his practice on patent prosecution in the areas of electronics, microelectronics, telecommunications and software, as well as client counseling of startup and medium-size technology companies.Shareholder
