Robert W. Glatz
Position
Bob Glatz received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, his Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, his Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and his Juris Doctor Degree with high honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has been practicing patent law since 1991. At law school, Bob participated on Law Review, and he is a member of the Order of the Coif. Bob's work experience includes five years' experience as a Development and Design Engineer for General Motors and four years' experience as a Process Control Engineer for Verbatim. Bob is a member of the North Carolina Bar and has served on the Council of the North Carolina Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Section. Bob is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Bob was named to the "Legal Elite" in 2004, 2007, and 2008 by Business North Carolina magazine, based on a poll of North Carolina lawyers. Bob has also been included in The Best Laywers in America from 2008 through 2010, based on a peer-review survey of attorneys across the country.
