Myers Bigel is pleased to offer the following class at its offices on Monday, March 8, 2010, from 12:30-1:00 PM. The class will address the following two topics:
  • An overview of due diligence and intellectual property evaluation in business transactions
  • Strategies for building your law practice
The presenter will be Lynne A. Borchers. An application for CLE credit will be submitted to the North Carolina State Bar following the class.
