MBSS Attorneys Contribute Chapters for the AUTM TTM Manual
Posted Jan 25, 2009Four Myers Bigel attorneys contributed their expertise to the 3rd Edition of the Association of University Technology Manager's Technology Transfer Practice Manual. Ken Sibley and Sherry Murphy collaborated on a chapter titled "How to Identify Owners in the United States," while Mary Miller and Rick Vitek co-authored a chapter titled "Validity and Invalidity of Patent Claims."
